Reusable containers are highly encouraged (no single-use plastic, please). A beach towel to spread out on the ground and create a little cushion underneath your mat is also recommended but optional.

YogaHikes typically last 2 hours and may vary depending on the location, conditions, and how often we stop to admire the view, flora, or wildlife. YogaHikes begin with a 25-30 minute hike to an open meadow or flat area where we practice yoga for about 75 minutes before hiking back to the trailhead/parking area.
